I had a great experience with this roofing company for my Tesla roof install. They were super responsive and got everything done way faster than I expected. José and Armando were awesome—easy to work with, professional, and always kept us updated on what was happening. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and great communication!

$2400 for gutter cleaning and no repair. I feel violated and ripped off. I mentioned when I left a message that they would need at least a 8 foot ladder to see what was in the gutters. He didn't bring a ladder at all. He got on the roof and just started to work no estimate. (Communication was difficult) Only take cash or check. I called the boss Armando he wouldn't answer my call so I used the workers phone. I stupidly agreed to half and the promise someone would come by and finish the job. Do you think I'll ever hear from them again? I saw all the great reviews and feel tricked. By the way did I mention he only did one side of the house. UPDATE: The worker didn't convey the pricing $2400 was for the entire house and a one year warranty. I declined the warranty and they came finished up and accepted the money I had already paid them.

Overall, the roof installation appears to be of good quality. Initially, communication was prompt and clear, but as the project progressed, it became slower and less transparent. Unfortunately, the cleanup after the work was not satisfactory, as debris, including nails and roofing materials, was left around the house. Additionally, the gutters were damaged during the demolition process. While the price may have been competitive, the experience reflects the saying: you get what you pay for.
